IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW:

• Most kids receive at least 3 images in their gallery. Some kids were more comfortable and outgoing in front of the camera, and as a result, those kids may have more images in their gallery. Some kids were a little more reserved and gave fewer facial expressions, so they may have less. On occasion, little ones may cry and not want to pose for pictures and I may not get any photos of them at all. This is rare, but it does happen. I will always try at least two different times, but sometimes it just doesn’t happen for certain kids. And if I only get one shot, I will include just that one.

• The galleries will expire at midnight on Monday 5/26. All orders must be made by that deadline! There is a $25 fee for reactivating galleries after expiration.

• Sibling photos will be in a separate album from individuals. You can log in with all of your access codes to see all kids photos. See below.

• Class photos will be available in your child’s gallery. These are best printed at 5x7 or 8x10. You run the risk having it cropped too much if you print at any other size. Click on “individual products” and scroll down to find the class photo. These are not available as digital downloads.

• Prints and canvas will be delivered to your home. You should receive them within 2 weeks.

• All products are customized with your child's image so no refunds are given. All sales are final.

How to order…

*NOTE: It may help to place your order on a computer for more detail and easier navigation.

  • You should have received a slip of paper with a QR code and access code from the school. You can log into the website using either code. To use the QR code, pull up your camera on your phone and hold it over the QR code…a web address will pop up, click on it and it will take you to the website. Or you can go to the website (link below) and put in the access code manually.

  • At the top left of your gallery you will see ‘packages’ and ‘a la carte.’ Click on a la carte to view all of the photos in your gallery. You will see purchasing options on the right for prints, gifts, and canvas. You can also click on ‘packages’ at the top left to view packages, which can offer some savings on bundled prints and digital images.

  • If you have more than one access code (multiple kids/sibling gallery) you can put in the extra codes on that same main page if you scroll down. That way you can order all at once.

What to order…

  • Packages This is a great option that offers some savings and variety in products. There are packages to fit every budget, some include digital images, and some are only print. The Gold package is the most popular (digitals and prints).

  • The full gallery digital download can be ordered a la carte. These are high-resolution digital files. If you don't see the download link in your email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder. If you have any issues at all, please feel free to contact me below. A print release is included. The download link does expire, so please make sure to download them in a timely manner.

  • A la carte prints can be ordered if you prefer not to purchase a package (you will save money with a package though!).

  • Retouching options are listed under the ‘items’ tab. When you checkout please ‘add note to studio’ to specify what you would like retouched. Retouching includes blemishes, scratches, and stray hairs.

  • NEW! Photo gifts can be found under the a la carte heading at the top left of your gallery. We now offer keychains, magnets, and mugs!

Siblings…

  • A digital download sibling discount of 10% off is available if you have multiple children and order 3 or more full digital downloads (not available with the sibling package). Example: If you have 2 kids and you order the full album digital download for each of them, plus the sibling album, you will have 3 galleries. If you have 3 kids and you order each gallery plus the sibling gallery, you will have 4. To get this discount with your purchase of 3 or more digital downloads, use code SIBLING2025.

  • Packages do not allow you to mix and match photos from different galleries.
